I enjoyed the room on the first level, the bed was comfy. The location was nice, short walk to Puerto Villamil, an amazing island, and free activities, in a very quiet area. The staff and the host were all extremely helpful and excellent.

The room had climate control and a writing desk, which we appreciated. The bed was spacious and comfortable, especially for those with back pain. The location was fantastic for exploring the quiet area, not far from the town center, beach, and Isabela Island. We had a perfect stay and would definitely choose to stay there again.

The triple room had great air conditioning, a well-working fan, a convenient shower, and provided bath sheets.

I recently stayed at Cielo Azul Hotel in Puerto Villamil for a few days during my trip to the Galapagos Islands. The host, Jaeson, was incredibly helpful and made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. He arranged transportation, gave a great tour of the town, and even loaned me snorkeling gear. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is just a short walk from the beach and town center. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.

The rooms are spacious and come with climate control, a desk, and a private entrance, while the bathrooms are a good size, and the location is convenient.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They offered a free welcome drink upon arrival and even took us on a walking tour of the area to show us the best places to eat and buy food. The rooms were very comfortable, especially the big beds. I also enjoyed the fact that the hotel is currently expanding with additional rooms and planned leisure facilities. It'll be great to see the final result!

The location wasn't the best. The route to the hotel had some construction and walking to town meant going through a building site.

First of all, the owner of the hotel was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. He greeted us at the dock when we arrived and even arranged our transportation back. He also took the time to show us around the area and recommend some great restaurants nearby. Another great aspect was the breakfast. It was delicious and had a good variety of options. The rooms were also clean and cozy, with all the necessary amenities.

That the hotel was a bit far from the main attractions. It was a short walk or bike ride away, but if you prefer to stay closer to everything, this might not be the best option.

From picking us up at the pier and ensuring our safe departure to calling tour companies, guiding us around town, and even helping us with our bike ride and wildlife sights, Jackson went above and beyond. The room was super cool and affordable, and the location was jaw-droppingly convenient. Jackson's kindness, humor, and free coffee made our mornings unforgettable. The staff took care of our laundry and the breakfast upon arrival was delicious. We felt like VIPs with the 24-hour reception and security, free shuttle service, and access to the shared kitchen. The beach access was a bonus, and the wheelchair-friendly amenities were a thoughtful touch. The hotel's no-pet policy and non-smoking rooms ensured a comfortable stay. We left with fabulous memories and a deep appreciation for Jackson's exceptional hospitality.
